Alongside overseeing the firm’s strategic direction, Andrew has been a longstanding mentor to the Arc & Co. team, fostering a culture of execution excellence, market insight, and trusted client relationships.

James Fleming brings extensive senior leadership experience to Arc & Co., having held a number of high-profile executive roles within private banking and wealth management. He was formerly Head of International Banking at Coutts & Co., Chief Executive of Arbuthnot Latham, and most recently Chief Executive of Sandaire. James has significant experience in leading large banking teams, designing and implementing organisational structures, and maintaining the highest standards of client advisory quality. His track record in strategic leadership and governance provides Arc & Co. with deep institutional insight as the business continues to scale. Drawing on decades of experience across international banking and multi-family office environments, James supports the firm’s growth strategy while reinforcing its commitment to disciplined execution and exceptional client service.

Edward leads the team of advisors while remaining closely involved in transaction execution. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Edward has spent nearly 15 years building and running Arc & Co. alongside delivering complex debt advisory mandates. He specialises in debt advisory across the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors, advising institutional investors, operators, and developers on capital structuring, refinancing, and development funding. Edward combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution, bringing deep sector insight and established lender relationships to each mandate. His long-standing track record in both team leadership and transactional delivery positions him as a trusted adviser to clients seeking commercially astute and execution-driven funding solutions.

Martin is a senior real estate debt investment professional with over 25 years of experience building and leading institutional credit platforms across Europe. He has a proven track record across senior, mezzanine, and structured real estate strategies, with deep expertise in fund formation, origination, underwriting, portfolio construction, asset management, and complex workouts. Martin led Delancey’s real estate debt platform, launching the firm’s inaugural debt fund. Previously, he built Brookfield’s pan-European real estate credit business, sourcing over £60bn of deal flow and executing more than £1bn of transactions.

Martin founded the Renshaw Bay real estate platform (now part of Invesco), completing transactions totalling c.£1.7bn, with retained investments exceeding £1.0bn. He began his career in senior roles at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock, where he managed large-scale real estate credit portfolios and led some of Europe’s most complex CRE restructurings during the financial crisis.

Philip joined Arc & Co. in 2020 after having spent the past 8 years working in the commercial real estate team at a challenger bank. Since joining Arc & Co, he has arranged financings across a variety of real estate assets including residential, PBSA, office, logistics/industrials, and retail, with a particular focus on value-add strategies. Prior to this, Philip worked for UBS Wealth Management covering UHNW individuals and Family Offices. Philip is a CFA Charterholder.

Neil has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years having separately qualified in quantity surveying and, later, law. He has been in charge of pursuing a large loan strategic business development and origination mandate for an established private credit platform, using deep knowledge of structuring across senior, senior mezz, mezz, preferred equity, club deals, syndication, CMBS, back leverage, fund finance at subscription and NAV security levels. As Director and Head of Origination and Structured Finance at Canary Wharf Group, he closed billions across complex finance structures, including construction finance facilities, investment facilities, unsecured lending, government funding, forward funding, JV equity, and presale/prelet development agreements.

Tom joined Arc & Co. after previously directing a successful business in the north of England. Followed by a move to London, he joined leading recruiter, Michael Page, with a main focus upon the property and construction sectors. Since joining Arc & Co, Tom has delivered invaluable advise to create bespoke funding structures for multiple clients in the property development and commercial space. Assisting and going the extra mile for his clients who seek to gather a forward thinking view of the debt, mezzanine and equity space.

Cameron joined Arc & Co. after having spent the past 4 years working in the real estate industry and more recently, for a development financier specialising in mezzanine finance and JV equity investments. During this time, he supported development projects across all real estate sectors throughout the UK. Cameron gained a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Reading before undertaking a Masters degree in real estate at the Henley Business School.

Gareth joined Arc & Co. in 2018, following his role as a territory manager for one of the country’s leading independent estate agents.  He is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in arranging complex loan solutions across a wide range of structures. Specialising in residential, buy-to-let, commercial, and bridging finance, Gareth is known for his ability to navigate intricate lending scenarios and deliver tailored funding strategies that meet the unique needs of each client. With a deep understanding of lender criteria and market dynamics, he consistently secures optimal outcomes for both individual and corporate borrowers.

Having started his career at Coutts & Co looking after High Net Worth individuals resident in Europe, Rupert has gained over 30 years of experience in finance and investments. Since taking early retirement from Coutts and joining Arc & Co. he specialises in both residential and Buy-To-Let helping remove the stress from the application process. Rupert builds his business on good service and a willingness to take great care of the people he is dealing with to achieve the desired result.

Tom joined Arc & Co. having spent the past 2 years within the insurance industry specialising in aviation underwriting. Tom gained a bachelor’s degree in business from the university of Oxford Brookes and uses the valuable skills gained from past experiences to aid and enhance the Commercial and Development team.

Sam – a dual degree graduate in International Management and Economics – joined Arc & Co. having previously worked as a debt finance analyst specialising in property finance at OakNorth Bank. This experience enables him to understand and pre-empt funder requirements, and to provide client advice that is well-rounded. Sam’s knowledge spans investment and development funding across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.

Dieter is a RICS chartered surveyor. He transitioned into capital advisory with a purpose of implementing his experience of over half a decade as a quantity surveyor into structuring funding for property developers and professional landlords, focused on maximising his clients’ return on investment and the expansion of their portfolios. 

Laura joined Arc & Co. in May 2024. Previously, she spent five and a half years in private banking at top Swiss bank Julius Baer, occupying several client-facing roles, including credit and complex structuring. She has also worked as a broker at a Mayfair firm, where she structured and arranged development, mezzanine and bridging finance. Laura has grown her network through a variety of industry events and applies this approach to further enrich Arc & Co.’s deep client and lender relationships. She has a particular interest in eco-friendly and sustainable property projects, continuing to raise awareness and generate business in this part of the sector.

Corey joined the business after a decade at private bank Handelsbanken, where he gained a wealth of experience working with large corporate clients, HNWs and property companies.

His thorough understanding of the real estate finance market and banking sector, with a specific focus on capital raising, debt restructuring and managing portfolios, makes Corey an valuable part of the Arc & Co. team.

Henry studied Politics at the University of Edinburgh and has since had experience as a debt finance analyst for a specialist real estate lender. There, he focussed on underwriting senior debt deals, bridging and development, on all asset classes throughout the UK. At Arc & Co., Henry creates and maintains relationships with developers, structuring financial solutions to meet their borrowing needs and leveraging his lender-side experience to streamline the funding process.

Arjun joined Arc & Co. in May 2025 as an asset finance advisor, bringing extensive experience in development finance and property lending. Most recently, he served as portfolio manager at property lender Invest & Fund, where he managed live and prospective loans, oversaw drawdown processes, and monitored borrower budgets and project reporting. Prior to this, Arjun worked within a Prime London property development business focusing on financial modelling for office to residential schemes, and held a role in the underwriting department at Hampshire Trust Bank.

Nikita started his career in European Private Banking, working with HNW individuals from the CIS region. He specialises in financing residential property, Super Yachts and Business Jets. Nikita has a customized approach with all of his clients, analysing his client’s needs and most efficient structures, managing the process from start to finish. Nikita speaks several languages and is now head of the Head of International Clients at Arc & Co.

Judd heads up Arc & Co.’s operations for Southern Europe, where he provides debt advisory on Real Estate, Marine and Aviation.

Judd has worked in the international financial markets for the past 20 years. He previously worked as a Propriety Trader in Paris, and as a Bay Street Investment Advisor in Toronto, working closely with TD Wealth and RBC Dominion Securities. Judd has extensive investment banking knowledge and a vast global network with a deep grasp of structured finance. He lives with his family in the Monaco area.

Caron is the founder of Long Storey Short, a specialist property finance PR and marketing consultancy.

Formerly the managing director of a prominent B2B property finance publishing company, Caron has been immersed in the world of broker, lender, and client marketing and communications for 13 years.

Sophie is Arc & Co.’s representative for South East Asia, based in Singapore where she provides debt advisory services with a focus on Real Estate.

Sophie is a Chartered Accountant and has significant experience in M&A and debt structuring both in house and an advisor for business ranging from private equity-owned, family-owned and FTSE 250.

Sophie is most proud of ensuring her clients are presented with the optimal deal structure and smooth execution, that is what gives her the most satisfaction.

Paul has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, having held senior positions at NatWest Bank and Coutts in the UK, in Switzerland, India and in Asia. For 15 years Paul was based in Singapore and was instrumental in building Coutts Bank’s Asian business which focused on High Net Worth (HNW) clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand and Global Non-Resident Indians. His previous role was Vice Chairman of Coutts, Southeast Asia.
